For website development services and IT consulting, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After this period, refunds will not be provided.
For digital marketing services, we do not offer refunds after the service has been initiated. Any cancellation requests must be made before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming cycle.
